If you need printed merchandise and corporate clothing from a supplier that can also store and send it, LSi gives you sourcing, in-house branding and fulfilment from the same company. You can order stocked lines in low quantities with express turnaround, have products made to your own specification overseas, and keep finished stock at its warehouse for call-off.
LSi, short for Lloyd Simpson Incentives, is a promotional merchandise and corporate clothing supplier based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. It says it has 30 years of trading behind it and wants to be a partner in the offline marketing space. Its website lists divisions for Far East sourcing, corporate schemes, eco friendly products, corporate clothing, and digital and print, plus a fulfilment centre that delivers worldwide.
Production and capabilities
The company runs its own print and storage operation, The Print Works, which it describes as a 20,000 sq ft facility a mile from its head office. It says this allows low order quantities, express turnaround and individual personalisation. Our guide to choosing a decoration method explains how the processes compare. In-house processes on its site include:
- 360 digital print around bottles and other drinkware
- Digital UV print on five machines, onto items from pens to notebooks and gift boxes
- Engraving on wood, metal or glass
- Dye sublimation, mainly for mugs
- DTF transfers and embroidery for uniforms and promotional clothing
- Roll to roll UV print for roller banners, stickers and labels
- Bespoke printed packaging, after what it says is over £200,000 invested in print and cut technology
Sourcing and lead times
LSi says it stocks thousands of best-selling promotional products in its own warehouses and works with suppliers in the UK, Europe, North America, the Indian Sub-Continent and Far East Asia. Its sourcing team takes bespoke briefs, from stock items made in brand colours to mascots recreated as plush toys, powerbanks or pin badges, and custom polo shirts. The company says it manages visuals, sampling, production, shipping, UK landing and customs clearance. It quotes lead times from 4 weeks for simple items to 14 weeks for bespoke manufacture and sea freight once visuals and samples are approved. Its eco range includes recycled cotton, jute and rPET tote bags, seed kits and recycled clothing.
Storage and fulfilment
Through its LSi Concierge service the company holds stock, picks, packs and ships to UK and international addresses. Examples on its site include a branded web portal for an insurance company with over 100 offices, new starter packs in executive gift boxes stored for call-off, and bulk orders split across 30+ locations to arrive on the same day. Our guide to staff welcome packs covers this kind of project. You can also request a printed catalogue, and LSi says it is exhibiting at B2B Marketing Live 2026 at ExCeL London.
