About Promotional Directory

Who it is for

The directory is written for the people who buy merchandise: marketing managers, event and exhibition teams, HR teams putting together welcome packs and staff gifts, and clubs, schools and charities. It helps you find a supplier who can do the job in hand, with the right product, decoration method, quantity, lead time and location.

The businesses listed are the second audience. Every UK business that sells promotional merchandise to end buyers can have a free, accurate listing with a link to its website.

What we list

Suppliers of branded clothing and workwear, bags, drinkware, pens, stationery, tech, exhibition and event merchandise, displays, confectionery, corporate gifts, everyday promotional items and eco merchandise. We also list decorators and service providers: embroiderers, screen and garment printers, DTF and DTG printers, engravers, fulfilment houses, webshop providers and merchandise agencies. We list trade shows for the industry as factual records.

We do not list trade-only wholesalers that turn away end buyers, and we never add a business whose only source is another directory.

How we check listings

Every listing is checked against the business’s own website: what it sells, where it is based, how to contact it and, where published, its minimum orders, lead times and sample policy. Each listing links to the page we used and shows the date we last checked it. Unclaimed listings are re-checked every six months and claimed ones every year. Our editorial policy explains the process in full.

What a listing means

A listing is not an endorsement. We do not test products, handle orders or take a commission on sales. A claimed listing means the business can manage it; it is not a quality check. Premium listings are Featured and appear higher in lists. How listings are ordered explains the ranking.

Independence

Promotional Directory is not connected with any merchandise supplier, distributor, trade body, trade show or trade publication. Businesses we list are treated the same way whoever owns them.
