Merchandise World is a two-day trade exhibition for the UK promotional merchandise industry, where professional distributors meet manufacturers and wholesalers from the UK and Europe. The official site states it is co-owned by the BPMA and Sourcing City. Entry is free for trade distributors, but the show is closed to end users: anyone who cannot be verified as a professional distributor on arrival is refused entry. Exhibiting is open to members of Sourcing City, the Purple Club and the BPMA. The January 2026 show drew 187 exhibitors and 1,490 distributor visitors from 585 companies.
