Packs and product selection

Minimum quantities depend on the product and branding method, with many items described as starting at low quantities. Unbranded samples are available to check before ordering: these are free when there are spares in the studio, otherwise a small charge applies. Storage and fulfilment

Woodblock’s merchandise fulfilment and storage service operates from its own UK warehouse. The first three months of storage are free, followed by fees based on the space occupied. Stock can be held by product or completed pack, with up-to-date inventory records. Stored orders are usually dispatched the same day when requested by 1.30pm.

Delivery covers homes, offices and event venues in the UK and worldwide, with tracking and delivery notifications. Shipments can be split across venues or dates, and event leftovers returned to storage. Woodblock says it handles customs paperwork, taxes and duties for international shipments.
