Sandycroft Promo

Sandycroft Promo supplies promotional products and branded business gifts for customer giveaways, employee gifts, conferences and corporate campaigns. Part of Sandycroft Workwear Ltd, it is based in Sandycroft, Flintshire, near Chester, and quotes for delivery to destinations across the UK. Local collection is available by arrangement.

Its catalogue lets buyers compare product specifications, colours and minimum quantities before requesting a quotation. The team helps buyers shortlist items and checks artwork before production. Enquiries can start with product codes or with an audience, budget and campaign idea.

Products and campaign collections

Listed collections include branded pens, notebooks, cotton tote bags, printed mugs and water bottles. Other named collections cover travel mugs, keyrings, lanyards, umbrellas, power banks, backpacks and Christmas corporate gifts.

For event merchandise, the business proposes coordinated bags, pens, notebooks, bottles and lanyards for launches, conferences, exhibitions and team events. Its employee welcome pack suggestions combine notebooks, reusable bottles and desk accessories. Each item has its own minimum quantity and branding options; packaging requirements form part of the quotation discussion.

Branding and artwork approval

Branding options depend on the selected product and colour. One listed example is a 140gr/m² cotton shopping bag with short handles, measuring 38 by 42 cm. Its options include screen printing, screen transfer, digital transfer and reflective transfer, with front and back branding positions. The published minimum for this bag is 25 per product, subject to configuration exceptions.

Product pages offer an illustrative PNG or JPG logo preview. The team separately confirms the artwork, position and dimensions and prepares a final proof for approval before printing. Enquiry uploads accept PNG, JPG and PDF files up to 5 MB each and 10 MB combined; AI, EPS, SVG or larger artwork can be emailed.

Quotations and delivery

A quotation confirms the product, colour, branding technique, print positions, setup, delivery and VAT. Buyers should include quantities, artwork, the full delivery postcode and required date, plus any packaging or venue receiving requirements. Availability and production timing are checked for the actual order, with production following payment and approval of the final proof.

Collection from Sandycroft is free once the order is confirmed ready. UK destination checks cover delivery charges, restrictions and scheduling, including Northern Ireland, Highlands and islands. Visits are by arrangement, and the team accepts enquiries by email, text and WhatsApp.
