Ross Promotional Products is a promotional merchandise supplier based in Glasgow. Its website lists branded pens, drinkware, bags, notebooks, clothing, technology accessories, exhibition giveaways and corporate gifts. It works with businesses of every size, including healthcare, education, finance, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, charities, sports organisations and public sector clients.
Buyers can approach the team with a product choice or an initial idea. Its contact page offers product recommendations, branding advice, bespoke sourcing and custom manufacture, alongside help with budgets and delivery. A dedicated account manager handles each customer’s requirements from quotation through to delivery.
Products and brands
The technology range includes the Urban Vitamin Pasadena powerbank. Buyers can search by colour or upload an image to find similar products.
Branding and artwork
The website lists screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, digital printing, transfer printing and full-colour print, depending on the product. Its artwork team checks files before production and advises on changes. Visual proofs are provided for approval before manufacturing begins.
Ordering, samples and delivery
Buyers can submit an online quote request or contact the team directly. The quote form accepts a logo upload and target date, and the website says the team will review requirements and reply within 24 hours. Minimum order quantities vary by product, with the applicable quantity displayed on each product page.
Samples are available for many products, and product pages warn that some are chargeable. Production depends on the item and branding method: the website says some products can be as fast as five days, while Far East production can take longer. Express production is available on selected products. Ross delivers throughout the UK and can arrange international delivery for many product ranges.
