LMPM Promotional Merchandise

LMPM Promotional Merchandise supplies branded gifts, promotional merchandise and printed items from Belfast city centre. Its office is in the Kelvin Building in Belfast, and its website says it works with brands, charities and public bodies across the UK and Ireland. Named organisations include Belfast City Council, IVECO, Ulster University and Titanic Quarter.

The website lists more than 3,600 products, with a dedicated account manager handling quotations and helping customers select items to suit their budget and requirements. An in-house sourcing department works with factories worldwide to find products beyond the online catalogue, taking an idea, budget and deadline as the starting brief.

Products and materials

The catalogue groups merchandise into bags and travel, clothing and caps, exhibition and events, eco-friendly and recycled products, lifestyle and practical items, mugs and drinkware, paper and notebooks, and pens and writing. Product lines shown include:

• Bags, including cotton shoppers, conference bags, laptop backpacks and recycled drawstring bags.
• Clothing, including T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, fleece jackets, workwear vests, caps and beanies.
• Drinkware, including water bottles, travel mugs and insulated tumblers.
• Notebooks, including recycled paper, cork, apple skin waste and milk carton options.
• Lanyards, including recycled PET versions, safety breakaway designs and models with phone holders.

Branding and product selection

LMPM offers a colour-matching search using a brand colour, PMS reference or uploaded logo to identify the closest available product colours. Its Americano® Espresso Eco 250 ml recycled tumbler page also offers a logo preview that keeps the logo on the buyer’s device. Branding options listed for that item include Screenround, 360 Digital Print and Digital print gloss.

The same tumbler illustrates the detail available for individual products: it is described as UK-made, 70% recycled overall, BPA-free and dishwasher safe, with a standard, non-recycled lid. LMPM says products carry manufacturer sustainability scores and CO₂ footprints; its recycled products category includes clothing, notebooks, drinkware and technology items.

Quotations and sourcing

Quotes include setup, branding and delivery to one UK address. Buyers can build a list while browsing and submit the items together for a quotation. For requirements outside the catalogue, the account manager and sourcing team provide a route to finding an alternative against the stated budget and deadline.
