PA Promotions

PA Promotions is a promotional merchandise supplier based in Wentloog, Cardiff. Its website presents promotional products and materials for businesses marketing themselves at events and conferences. The catalogue includes BIC writing products, bags, drinkware, umbrellas, clothing and technology products, alongside conference folders and branded lanyards.

Products and branding options

Its conference merchandise categories include A4 and A5 folders, conference wallets, clipboards and conference bags. The bag selection includes cotton shoppers and tote bags, with jute, non woven and foldable shopping bags also listed. Drinkware categories cover ceramic, bone china and enamel mugs, water bottles, thermal mugs and flasks.

For branded lanyards, one published example is a 15mm woven model offered in Plant Silk, Bamboo, Hemp Cotton, Paper and Recycled PET materials. Its stated dimensions are 900mm x 15mm, with a 370mm x 11mm branding area. The page lists up to four spot colours or full colour dye sublimation.

The same lanyard page lists alternative widths of 10mm, 20mm and 25mm, and says Pantone colour matching carries an additional charge. The product page asks customers to specify their chosen material when ordering.

Clothing and named brands

The clothing catalogue lists T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, fleeces, caps and workwear. Named product examples include the Musto Corporate FD Cap and Sealskinz Griston Gloves. Both product pages specify embroidery as the branding method and give a branding size of 100 x 100 mm.

Artwork, samples and enquiries

PA Promotions offers free visuals from its in-house artwork team so buyers can see their logo on merchandise before purchasing. Its product pages describe a form for attaching a logo, followed by contact from the artwork department. The business also offers custom artwork, making design and artwork part of its service.

The product pages invite buyers to contact the sales team for samples and say these can often be supplied free of charge, subject to discussion. Enquiries can be made by email or through the short contact form.
